Live guest illustrations are an opportunity for you to celebrate all of the people who are there to celebrate you. Hand-painted and specially crafted, these event favors that your guests will be excited to bring home!

We offer a range of specialized packages tailored to meet your individual needs. If you have additional or personalized ideas for your wedding or event package, please reach out and we can make something specific to you.

The Estate Package

A custom live illustration experience.

Live guest portraiture created on-site during your celebration. 

All artwork is created live and delivered to guests that evening in protective cellophane sleeves. No post-event studio refinements are included.

Includes:

  • Live illustration (up to 10 couples per hour)

  • On-site guest delivery

  • Protective sleeve packaging

 

The Manor Package

Live artistry, complemented by curated studio commissions.

Includes The Estate Package, plus six couples painted in-studio after the event.

These commissioned studio portraits allow for more wedding guests to be appreciated and celebrated past the allocated time. 

All artwork is delivered in physical form. Live portraits are presented at the event; studio pieces are delivered upon completion.

Includes:

  • Live illustration (up to 10 couples per hour)

  • Six couples completed in-studio after the event

  • Protective sleeve packaging

 

The Château Package

A fully commissioned wedding art experience.

Includes The Estate Package, plus:

  • Ten couples completed in-studio after the event

  • One signature commission — an architectural painting of your venue or a refined couple portrait

The expanded studio component allows for additional guest portraits. Perfect for large events. 

All artwork is delivered in physical form. Live portraits are presented at the event; studio pieces/commissions are delivered upon completion.

  • Ten couples completed in-studio after the event

  • Protective sleeve packaging

Congratulations on your next big steps in life! I'm so excited to be there with you to celebrate in such a special way. Beautiful moments deserve to be painted beautifully. 

What Events Do You Do?

I'm open to almost anything! I do baby or bridal showers, weddings, corporate events,  specialty retreats, dances, etc. The sky is the limit!

Do You Travel?

I will travel within South Carolina or closeby cities (ex: Charlotte, NC)

How Does it Work?

I arrive one hour prior to your event to set up and ensure everything is ready. During the celebration, I photograph your guests and create live 5x7 watercolor illustrations. Guests can easily head back to the dance floor while I work. Once completed, all portraits are wrapped in protective cellophane sleeves and displayed at a table for easy pick-up at any time during the event.

 

If additional in-studio portriats are purchased through packages listed above, I will take pictures of guests from the wedding back to my studio for painting. When finished, I will deliver the paintings to you for you to slip in with your thank you cards. 

Do You Have Any Setup Requirements?

I require at least one 4–6 ft table, 1 chair, and access to an electrical outlet. For outdoor daytime events, I need to be stationed in a covered area to protect the artwork and ensure the best working conditions.

What If I Have 100+ Guests?

Unfortunately, I won't be able to paint every single guest. And some people might not be interested in being painted. I can paint one couple (2 guests) in about 6-8 minutes. Take a look at my packages and see which one will fit your event best.
